The photos below are a before and after of a beyrillum copper gate bushing. As illustrated by the photo on the left has a blown and ruptured gate. Cracks radiate from the hole. Micro Fusion Technology was asked to fill the gate and also to pickup the cracks. The proximity of the engraving to the gate hole was of great concern to the customer. The photo on the right demonstrates the sucessful completion of the project. The gate bushing was sent for re-gating. Material used for this repair was BECU wire made specifically for Micro Fusion Technology.
